GA2 V2.031 Update

The latest update for GA2 - Garage Assistant is version 2.031

The following changes have been made over the previous V2.028 release…

  1. Addition of Main Menu Navigation to the administration area
  2. Addition of View Document buttons to the ‘All Paid & All Unpaid’ screens in the account manager
  3. Addition of the ability to Print a customers profile
  4. Addition of the ability to adjust Net, VAT or Gross figures per line item on an invoice
  5. Addition of MOT Tester on documents, allowing information to be reported on
  6. Addition of Qty of MOT’s to onscreen summary
  7. Addition of Seperate Staff Summary Screen
  8. Addition of Qty of MOT’s and MOT charges to Staff Summary
  9. Addition of Automatic Daily backups, using auto log out facility the system will backup after 5pm if unused.
  10. Addition of Date Selection to Mailing’s allowing you to retrieve reminders earlier than 30 days
  11. Addition of Invoice style 7 which breaks down Standard & Custom Tax rates
  12. Addition of Business Report to break down the Standard & Custom Tax rates
  13. Addition of Export to MYOB compatible files - still in testing and development stage
  14. Fix to Vehicle profile screen > Service Intervals can now be entered correctly in weeks
  15. Fix to Vehicle profile screen > Estimates / Jobs are no longer shown in invoice list to the right
  16. Fix to Previous Page memory especially when coming from search results
  17. Modification to ALL portrait invoice styles to make better use of available page space
  18. Modification to ALL portrait invoice styles to dynamically show reminder title box ONLY when needed
  19. Modification to Advisor notices allowing more than 5 to be used on any portrait invoice style
  20. Modification to Description box on documents, allowing increased space for information

This update will be available directly from GA2 by going through Tools > check for updates

 Note : Some of the additions above may have been made available to you prior to the final update release, such as via remote support sessions etc… It is still recommended that you perform the update
